Energy Analysis Inspection Procedures:
- Before proceeding with the Inspection and Energy Analysis an initial meeting will be held to discuss your expectations and address any concerns you may have.
- For proper modeling of your current energy usage we must have copies of current and last year’s utility billings. If you do not have these we have an “Authorization Form” that can be filled out and submitted to your utility company to obtain these records.
- Determine the type of inspection you would like performed and sign work authorization contract.
- Schedule and perform the inspection.
- Delivery of the Energy Savings Analysis Report within 3 days of the inspection.
- Answer any questions you may have after you have had time to review the report.
Mold and Indoor Air Quality Inspection Procedures:
- Before proceeding with any inspection an initial meeting will be held to discuss your concerns and what you might be seeing and/or experiencing.
- Schedule a time that is convenient for you to perform the inspection which may include taking physical and/or air samplings for independent lab analysis.
- Perform the inspection with signed agreement for any and all services.
- Deliver the Inspection Report including certified lab analysis within 3 days of the inspection.
- Answer any questions you may have after you have had time to review the report.
